Madam Speaker, allow me, first, to express my sincere thanks to you personally for having planned a debate on Islam on the very day of my birthday. I could not have wished for a nicer present! Madam Speaker, approximately 1400 years ago war was declared on us by an ideology of hate and violence which arose at the time and was proclaimed by a
barbarian who called himself the Prophet Mohammed. I am referring to Islam.
Madam Speaker, let me start with the foundation of the Islamic faith, the Koran. The Koran's core theme is about the duty of all Muslims to fight non-Muslims; an Islamic Mein Kampf, in which fight means war, jihad. The Koran is above all a book of war "“ a call to butcher non-Muslims (2:191, 3:141, 4:91, 5:3), to roast them (4:56, 69:30-69:32), and to cause bloodbaths amongst them (47:4). Jews are compared to monkeys and pigs (2:65, 5:60, 7:166), while people who believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God must according to the Koran be fought (9:30).
Madam Speaker, the West has no problems with Jews or Christians, but it does have problems with Islam. It is still possible, even today, for Muslims to view the Koran, which they regard as valid for all time, as a licence to kill. And that is exactly what happens. The Koran is worded in such a way that its instructions are addressed to Muslims for eternity, which includes today's Muslims. This in contrast to texts in the Bible, which is formulated as a number of historical narratives, placing events in a distant past. Let us remind ourselves that it was Muslims, not Jews or Christians, who committed the catastrophic terrorist attacks in New York, Madrid and London; and that it was no coincidence that Theo van Gogh was brutally murdered by a Muslim, Mohammed Bouyeri.
Madam Speaker, I acknowledge that there are people who call themselves Muslims and who respect our laws. My party, the Freedom Party, has nothing against such people, of course. However, the Koran does have something against them. For it is stated in the Koran in Sura 2, verse 85, that those believers who do not believe in everything the Koran states will be humiliated and receive the severest punishment; which means that they will roast in Hell. In other words, people who call themselves Muslims but who do not believe, for example, in Sura 9, verse 30, which states that Jews and Christians must be fought, or, for example, in Sura 5, verse 38, which states that the hand of a thief must be cut off, such people will be humiliated and roast in Hell. Note that it is not me who is making this up. All this can be found in the Koran. The Koran also states that Muslims who believe in only part of the Koran are in fact apostates, and we know what has to happen to apostates. They have to be killed.
Madam Speaker, the Koran is a book that incites to violence. I remind the House that the distribution of such texts is unlawful according to Article 132 of our Penal Code. In addition, the Koran incites to hatred and calls for murder and mayhem. The distribution of such texts is made punishable by Article 137(e). The Koran is therefore a highly dangerous book; a book which is completely against our legal order and our democratic institutions. In this light, it is an absolute necessity that the Koran be banned for the defence and reinforcement of our civilisation and our constitutional state. I shall propose a second-reading motion to that effect.
Madam Speaker, there is no such thing as "moderate Islam".... As Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan said the other day, and I quote, "There is no moderate or immoderate Islam. Islam is Islam and that's it".... Islam is in pursuit of dominance. It wishes to exact its imperialist agenda by force on a worldwide scale (8:39). This is clear from European history. Fortunately, the first Islamic invasion of Europe was stopped at Poitiers in 732; the second in Vienna in 1683. Madam Speaker, let us ensure that the third Islamic invasion, which is currently in full spate, will be stopped too in spite of its insidious nature and notwithstanding the fact that, in contrast to the 8th and 17th centuries, it has no need for an Islamic army because the scared "dhimmis"� in the West, also those in Dutch politics, have left their doors wide open to Islam and Muslims.
Apart from conquest, Madam Speaker, Islam is also bent on installing a totally different form of law and order, namely Sharia law. This makes Islam, apart from a religion for hundreds of millions of Muslims also, and in particular, a political ideology (with political/constitutional/Islamic basic values, etc). Islam is an ideology without any respect for others; not for Christians, not for Jews, not for non-believers and not for apostates. Islam aims to dominate, subject, kill and wage war.
Madam Speaker, the Islamic incursion must be stopped. Islam is the Trojan Horse in Europe. If we do not stop Islamification now, Eurabia and Netherabia will just be a matter of time. One century ago, there were approximately 50 Muslims in the Netherlands. Today, there are about 1 million Muslims in this country. Where will it end? We are heading for the end of European and Dutch civilisation as we know it. Where is our Prime Minister in all this? In reply to my questions in the House he said, without batting an eyelid, that there is no question of our country being Islamified. Now, this reply constituted
a historical error as soon as it was uttered. Very many Dutch citizens, Madam Speaker, experience the presence of Islam around them. And I can report that they have had enough of burkas, headscarves, the ritual slaughter of animals, so-called honour revenge, blaring minarets, female circumcision, hymen restoration operations, abuse of homosexuals, Turkish and Arabic on the buses and trains as well as on town hall leaflets, halal meat at grocery shops and department stores, Sharia exams, the Finance Minister's Sharia mortgages, and the enormous overrepresentation of Muslims in the area of crime, including Moroccan street terrorists.
In spite of all this, Madam Speaker, there is hope. Fortunately. The majority of Dutch citizens have become fully aware of the danger, and regard Islam as a threat to our culture. My party, the Freedom Party, takes those citizens seriously and comes to their defence.
Many Dutch citizens are fed up to the back teeth and yearn for action. However, their representatives in The Hague are doing
precisely nothing. They are held back by fear, political correctness or simply electoral motives. This is particularly clear in the case of PvdA, the Dutch Labour Party, which is afraid of losing Muslim voters. The Prime Minister said in Indonesia the other day that Islam does not pose any danger. Minister Donner believes that Sharia law should be capable of being introduced in the Netherlands if the majority want it. Minister Vogelaar babbles about the future Netherlands as a country with a Judeo-Christian-Islamic tradition, and that she aims to help Islam take root in Dutch society. In saying this, the Minister shows that she has obviously gone stark raving mad. She is betraying Dutch culture and insulting Dutch citizens.
Madam Speaker, my party, the Freedom Party, demands that Minister Vogelaar retract her statement. If the Minister fails to do so, the Freedom Party parliamentary group will withdraw its support for her. No Islamic tradition must ever be established in the Netherlands: not now and also not in a few centuries' time.
Madam Speaker, let me briefly touch on the government's response to the WRR [Netherlands Scientific Council for Government Policy] report. On page 12 of its response, the government states that Islam is not contrary to democracy or human rights. All I can say to that is that things can't get much more idiotic than this.
Madam Speaker, it is a few minutes to twelve. If we go on like this, Islam will herald the end of our Western civilisation as well as Dutch culture.
I would like to round off my first-reading contribution with a personal appeal to the Prime Minister on behalf of a great many Dutch citizens: stop the Islamification of the Netherlands!
Mr Balkenende, a historic task rests on your shoulders. Be courageous. Do what many Dutch citizens are screaming out for. Do what the country needs. Stop all immigration from Muslim countries, ban all building of new mosques, close all Islamic schools, ban burkas and the Koran. So a few months ago, my coworker was on his way in to work, driving on an overpass where he has right of way, which is the only way to get to our camp. There are always accidents at that intersection, because Kuwaitis are morons who cannot drive, and do not learn from seeing the stupidity of their countrymen. On this particular evening, a Kuwaiti jackass decided he was going to pull out into the middle of the road and stop, perpendicular to my coworker's line of travel. Now the speed limit on that road is 100kph and my coworker usually slows down, due to the stupid kuwaitis always running through the stop sign, because the kuwaiti govt always blames the non kuwaiti party when a kuwait causes an accident with any non kuwaiti. So my coworker didn't have time to stop, because he was going 100, and WATCHED as the idiot kuwaiti pulled into the road. However he has good reflexes and slammed the brakes, and swerved to avoid t-boning the imbecile, which I told him he should have done. Hell do the guy a favor, send him on to allah. Now my buddy suffered only a bloody nose and some bruises from the airbag, but the kuwaiti was a bit roughed up. When the incident went to traffic court, in typical arab fashion, the court blamed both parties for the accident. Typical muslim warped mentality, God didn't will that kuwaiti jackass to not pull out into the road, and my coworker should not have been crossing at that time (even though he had right of way). These people are idiots, everyone who has worked here in the middle east knows it. Hell I have an ex from Lebanon who tells me arabs can't drive for sh*t. OK so this is a bit late, but I have been following up to see the developments in Sudan (if that backwards festering hole can be called developing) regarding a British teacher being jailed for allowing children in her class to name a teddy bear muhammad. How tolerant of the religion of peace! And now those peace loving muslims are rioting in the streets chanting for the death of the teacher (Gillian Gibbons) who was in Africa doing her part to help improve the quality of life for the children. Several British pols have been pushing for a pardon from Sudan's President, who has not yet granted one. Upon further investigation, it came to light that a child, named Muhammad, had chosen the name for the teddy bear, to give it his own namesake. But those extremists, who like to prove anyone who says Islam is linked to violence correct, decided that anything less than a death sentence is not enough.

Meanwhile, many moderate (read: NON-psychotic, bent on world domination) muslims, after years of silence while extremist muslim terrorists continue to carry out their terror campaign, have finally begun to speak out loudly that the extremists do not represent them. It is about time someone tries to change the view of Islam in the world through non-violent means, such as those moderates who have finally cried out "The extremists don't speak for us!"

Maybe this can help galvanize the civilized people who are stuck living in countries governed by sharia law, where freedom is stifled, the sexes are segregated, and anyone who questions the law (allegedly of God, Allah) is beaten, or killed.

So I got a call this morning from my pal Rico, who recently went home to be with his wife, for the birth of their daughter. He is in Kuwait, in transit on his way up to Iraq. Brave man, I would not go to Iraq, not cause I am afraid of getting blown up or decapitated (things are calming down, which is why it's not mentioned on tv as much anymore. In other words - WE ARE WINNING :D , but because I know living in a tent and not being able to leave the camp would drive me nuts. I would be like a caged animal. I need freedom to travel, and explore, which is why I stay in Kuwait.

Anyway, Rico and I are gonna meet up this weekend, maybe go to Dubai or Bahrain and have some drinks, while I chase some tail and he watches me to see if I score the TD, or toss an INT (rejection!). Ahhh the life of a bachelor :D

I read an article (I will let you find for yourself, so as not to bias anyone) that Moqtada Al-Sadr has granted some of his lieutenants (used loosely here) permission to talk with some of our command level personnel. This is a very positive development, in my opinion, considering Al-Sadr was once vehemently opposed to the US presence in Iraq. Perhaps with the dramatic decrease in violence, he is gaining a clearer vision of what we are trying to do for Iraq, which is the same thing we did for Kuwait in 1991. Hopefully this is yet another positive milestone for progress in Iraq. While there will likely always be some sectarian strife in Iraq (as there has been in Iran and Lebanon for example), hopefully it can be done in a more civilized manner (i.e. simply going onto opposing view cable channel news networks and making fun of each other, like we do in the US hehe)

As in all things, it should be taken with a grain of salt, because neighboring Iran is still interested in gaining a foothold in Iraq.

This is the most interesting thing I've read in a long time. The sad thing about it, you can see it coming. I had never heard about this democracy countdown. It is interesting to see it in print. God help us, not that we deserve it.

Weekend in Amman

Well, my trip didn't go exactly as planned, but it was still fun (sort of). I woke up thursday with a slight fever, which I thought was primarily exhaustion. Turns out I had a nice touch of the flu, which hit me HARD when I got to Jordan. That's strike one lol. Strike two, the battery in my camera died, and I forgot to bring the charger with me. Strike 3 was waking up Saturday, able to move about, but so stuffed up I had to blow my nose and/or cough to clear my lungs and throat every 3 minutes. So yeah, I got a few photos in Jordan, and a couple of postcards and what not, but I feel the trip was a waste, since I didn't get to invade Petra :D. No worries though, I can always go back again. I took my temp once on saturday, I was a nice warm 102.1 degrees. Fun stuff, having the aair conditioning on full blast, and still sweating like you just got done running 5 miles hehehe. I will let you all know when I plan on making another trip out of Kuwait.

The AIDS virus arrived in the United States via Haiti in about 1969, a decade earlier than previously believed, and likely infected hundreds of thousands of people before it was first detected, according to a UA biologist.
A new study, publishing this week in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, used DNA analysis to pinpoint for the first time how the HIV-1 virus entered the United States. The study’s lead author, Michael Worobey, said the research shows most HIV/AIDS cases in the country descended from a single common ancestor.
“Haiti was the stepping stone the virus took when it left central Africa and started its sweep around the world,” said Worobey, an assistant professor of ecology and evolutionary biology at the UA. “Once the virus got to the U.S., then it just moved explosively around the world.”
Worobey and a team of researchers in the United States and Europe analyzed archived blood samples taken from early patients, including five of the first AIDS patients identified in the United States, all recent Haitian immigrants. The researchers also analyzed blood samples from another 117 AIDS patients from around the world.
The research traces the spread of the epidemic from the United States back to Haiti, where the virus arrived from Africa in about 1966, Worobey said. Future research will attempt to trace the genetic makeup of various strains of HIV even further back.

Now, working in Kuwait, I got used to the maniacal driving of the Kuwaitis, much like I did with the Qataris when I lived in Qatar. Now some people will say I am stereotyping, but this is actual truth and fact. THESE PEOPLE CANNOT DRIVE!!!!

Take my coworker, Daniel. He was going in early to work on Friday, and some jackass Kuwaiti rolled right through a stop sign at an intersection where Daniel had right of way. It is an overpass that frequently has accidents due to the stupidity of the Kuwaitis(they, along with 300 million Muslims in the Middle East, have been brainwashed to believe that accidents are fate, and God's will. Never mind driving responsibly, and TAKING RESPONSIBLITY for your actions). Daniel was lucky enough to be able to swerve and lessen the impact of the wreck. The car is totalled, but he is fine. The jackass in the other vehicle had some bruises and cuts, and a bloody nose, since he wasn't t-boned due to Daniel's quick thinking. First thing Daniel said, was "STOP SIGN!! LOOK!!!" and pointed at the stop sign the idiot rolled through. After the ambulance came and treated the other guy, they went to file a report at the police station. Now, in the civilized world (Europe, North America) the person who rolled the stop sign would be faulted and liable for compensation. But because we are in Kuwait, and the other person was Kuwaiti, the police farce here decided they were BOTH at fault. That is, it is Daniel's fault because he was on the road at that time, or as the locals love to say "Insha allah" God's will. You gotta love the stupidity. So basically in the Arab world if someone crashes into you and you are not a native of the country you are in, it is your fault for being on the road. No wonder these people are so easy to recruit to become suicide bombers, they have almost no free will or ability to think as individuals.

We worked together in the Air Force (he was my boss) and then I crashed on his couch when I got out and moved to Houston. We will alsobe going to Petra, which many might recall as the sight where the Holy Grail was found in Indiana Jones and The Las Crusade. This is going to be AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Watching the news today is bad comedy. I see so many newscasters spewing forth bovine excrement, rooting for us to lose the war on terror for their own ideological gains. Take that elitist defeatist (I heard that from someone, and found it a fitting title) Katie Couric. She made a statement (I am not quoting here) about how she is uncomfortable wearing a flag on her lapel and saying "we" in reference to the US. To her, patriotism is bad because it means you are taking sides, instead of playing get along gang (remember that from childhood??? heheh), and war is icky, doesn't make her and her ilk feel good about themselves. It's sad that these narrow minded individuals don't (or WON'T) realize we are fighting a war for the survival of our way of life. The very fact that she can go on TV and spew her garbage is due ONLY to the fact that our soldiers have sacrificed blood sweat and tears for our freedoms, for the last 231 years. I defy any of those leftist blowhards (read: Any NBC or CNN anchor) to go to one of those countries that they feel so bad about us being in conflict with (whether its military or political conflict). like Iran and start making the kind of noise they make here in the US, spouting their anti-government statements. They'd disappear "mysteriously" and never be heard from again. Hey, maybe they SHOULD go into these other countries!!! I mean, if it wasn't for the blood, sweat and tears of our brave men and women in uniform, these media hacks would be muzzled and likely executed, like they are doing in Russia and Mexico these days (do a bit of research on Anna Politkovskaya, or the journalists in Mexico being killed by the drug cartels). And the thanks the troops get is the media ignoring the very real threat, and playing to their own political ideals, which apparently include simply bending over and taking it in the ass from an enemy who wants us all dead.
